General Rental Information<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Renter must present a valid driver’s license and an ID card or passport upon vehicle handover. The valid driver’s license must be proven by presenting the original license. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Trips Outside Austria<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Orcar Rental provides the following services upon conclusion of a rental agreement:<\/p>\n

– Rental of the vehicle for the period specified in the rental agreement, including the respective accessories.<\/p>\n

– Provision of mobility services for all vehicles via the \u00d6AMTC automobile club contract.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Obligations of the tenant<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The tenant signs and undertakes to comply with and fulfill all obligations and liabilities arising from the contractual relationship.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Documents for vehicle handover<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Renter must present a valid driver’s license and an identity card or passport when handing over the vehicle. Proof of a valid driver’s license must be provided by presenting the original driver’s license. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Trips Outside Austria<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Trips abroad to neighboring countries are permitted and free of charge, provided they are reported in advance and specified in the rental agreement. Additional countries can also be traveled to free of charge upon consultation with Orcar Rental, but they must be indicated before entry and also noted in the rental agreement. The various specified communication channels should be used for this purpose.The Renter is obliged to comply with the local traffic regulations, laws, and any toll conditions of the respective countries. During the rental period, the Renter is liable for all incurred fines and fees. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Traffic Violations<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

All traffic violations incurred during the rental period must be paid by the Renter without exception as soon as possible. Orcar Rental will charge a processing fee of \u20ac30 (including VAT) in addition to the further payment request from the respective authority after the first payment is missed. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Changing or Canceling a Booking<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The Renter can change or cancel their booking free of charge within 24 hours before the rental time. Within 24 hours, cancellations will be charged a “No Show” fee (\u20ac30 including VAT). If the vehicle is not picked up despite a booking, a waiting period of 60 minutes will be observed before the reservation is canceled and a “No Show” fee (\u20ac30 including VAT) is charged. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Deposit<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

As a standard, no deposit is required at Orcar Rental. Exceptions for various high-value vehicle types, trips abroad, and drivers under 21 years old will be assessed with a maximum deposit of \u20ac750 and booked with an additional payment. The deposit will be refunded directly after successful return, but no later than after 7 days. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

GPS<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To ensure the proper provision of services by Orcar Rental, all vehicles are equipped with external GPS modules. These serve exclusively for random checks of the allowed countries specified in the rental agreement as well as the timely return and pickup of the vehicle.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If a return outside Vienna, Lower Austria, and Burgenland has already been agreed upon, a change due to the already requested pickup is only adjustable with additional costs specific to the new pickup location. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Kilometer Limit<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

As a standard, all vehicles are listed with unlimited kilometers. Exceptions are the categories: Specials and Pickups. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
